b) Fixed-price build: Growth System (8–16+ weeks)

Price: A$120,000 – A$450,000+

Best for: multi-team operations, complex permissions, multiple integrations, heavy reporting, compliance requirements.

Inclusions:

• Modular architecture, audit logging, richer reporting

• Integration hardening + retries/monitoring

• Performance/security baseline and documentation

Terms:

• Client owns everything: code repo, cloud accounts, data, designs, documentation

• No platform hostage situation: ad hoc logins and shared ownership avoided

• Change control: anything outside acceptance criteria becomes a priced change request

• Security baseline: MFA, least privilege, audit logs where needed

• Warranty window: e.g., 30–60 days bug-fix included post-launch

• Clear SLA options for retainers (response times by severity)
